Several factors make me question how trustworthy are you all being?  Too many trust wobbles --- and I am not going to take what I know -- and just dismiss what I know I must ENFORCE upon you all.  These are laws being subverted for some other kind of hidden focus. that misdirects my care.  There is something wicked this way comes -- I don't think you want to have a "difficult patient" -- when it is really the doctor's side that is being difficult. Straighten this up.  I was accused in my last session of threatening her.  She did not have the mindset ....
